From the plateau of Tignale and Tremosine the view on Lake Garda is magnificent. On the shore of the gulf there are some elegant towns such as Salò and Gardone Riviera. Salò is an ancient village of Roman origin which still preserves its renaissance urban scheme. Gardone Riviera is one of the most elegant and outstanding resorts on the banks of Lake Garda.
