The archipelago with the 7 greater islands and the many small islets could be seen like an aggregate and marvellous Tourist Village, all to discover, enjoy, and photograph. The islands are connected with Sardinia by means of ferries that alternate each 20 minutes around. Tourists are enchanted by the arabesque charm of the granitic rocks, the white beaches, and the crystal-clear water and sea fragrance. All this accompanied, at times, by the cry or the seagulls and cormorants and by the slow flight of the herons. Now the archipelago has become a seaside and terrestrial park with all the facilities necessary to show tourists that it should not be considered only a summer refuge. Among the pine-trees of Caprera, you will find the house that hosted Giuseppe Garibaldi. |
