Immersed in the greenery of the pine woods, Grado has excellent facilities and a long sandy beach of fine sanf which slopes gently down to the sea, making it ideal for families with children. Grado, on the other hand, is like a little Venice. It lies on a island between the sea and the lagoon, opposite the Friuli coast and it also a famous thermal resort. After Grado the coast continues along a sandy strip of land, bordered by pine woods, up to Bocca di Primero, then crosses the flat terrain of the reclaimed lagoon area to then cross the Isonzo and to arrive at Monfalcone. |
