The Residence Maresol is set in Vieste, one of the most beautiful medieval centers of the South. The Residence consists of 15 houses apartments and houses, with terraces, barbecue, car parks. Of the newly built houses are well furnished and dodate all comforts. The ideal holiday for those who love nature, without sacrificing modern conveniences.

conditions

The villas are available from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. You will arrive in the afternoon after 17.00 hours, while the house should be released within hours of 9.00 Saturday or Sunday departure. Children under 2 years are free. From 2 to 10 years, 50% discount. After 10 years pay the full fare. After 65 years you have a 10% discount on the current rate.
They are allowed small pets, only after authorization.
PROMOTIONS
UNTIL JUNE 30, INCLUDING THE PRICE LINEN BATH AND BED AND BEACH.
The change of linen is provided only for those pernotterà 2 weeks and will be done Friday. If you have any other requests for changes, will apply the tariff of 15.00 euros per person.
The washing machine is in a common laundry, washing each has a cost of 5.00 euros, including detergents.
THE CASE ARE COMPLETELY ARREDATE UNTIL JUNE 30 ALSO OF BEDDING AND BATHROOM. The linen is included in the cost for those who stay until June 30. The change of towels and bed, is provided only for stays of 2 weeks and will be done Friday.
Any other changes, will be paid separately and have an additional cost of 15.00 euros per person.
ARE EXPECTED TO STAY IN 2 BEDS ADDITIONAL occupants can not pay anything, ultimately the costs are the same whether the occupants are 2 persons or 4 people.
