Our new flats are located in a strategic part of the town, in a very central part of Venice, steps away from the famous Rialto Bridge, directly north of St. Marco Square, but away from the confusion, in a very quite part of Castello quarter. The apartments are part of a XVIII century raised ground floor property. This allows very easy access (there are only two steps) while ensuring that the accommodation is dry and confortable all year round. Both apartments were fully renovated in 2004. The property features a shared private garden, a rare commodity in Venice, where you will find tables and chairs to allow you to join au-plain-air relax, remaining at home! The nearest boat stop is less than 100 meters From where we are you can start dreaming, viewing the north part of the lagoon, facing the famous Islands of S.Michele and Murano.
