Torre Coccaro is a Masseria built at Savelletri di Fasano (Brindisi), not far from the sea whose origins date from the XVI century. Torre Coccaro has now become a five star Hotel whose aim is to bring back the guests to the antique natural life and make them benefit in full from the simple pleasures of rural life. Surrounded by antique olive trees, almond trees and carobs, this tower is once a stronghold against the Turks.
Masseria Torre Coccaro offers 33 rooms all with antique style furnitures and construction and with their own private little garden deep in the olive trees territory of the Fasano planes, 2 rooms are in the antique caves, one of which is a very large suite with its own private 200 m2 antique orchard. Orchard in which, out of an antique water reservoir we have built a little private pool for this special room even with the latest jacuzzi.
In summer, in the shade of Cabana snack bar, surrounded by olive trees and low dry-stone walls, you could catch some rays of our land by the pool-side, and taste genuine and fresh vegetables and dairy products.
Along a sandy beach we have built an exclusive lounge for our visitors, a quiet and refined place where you will enjoy the sun on beach mattresses, and benefit from bar services and snacks, boutique, massages, and fish restaurant - sushi and oyster bar. A private 14 mt yacht will bring you to Polignano a Mare caves and the ancient harbour of Monopoli, thus enjoying the pleasure of a safe swim in crystal-water coves.
In the Masseria you can organize business meetings in ancient barns in front of a fireplace, or in an ancient 'Oil Mill' where olives were once pressed. All the rooms are in old style but supported by all the most advanced technologies.
Entirely carved in stone, Torre Coccaro spa epitomises the importance of nature by using wood and rice paper, and overlooking plants and secular olive trees. It is fitted with a big technogym, heated swimming pool, whirlpool and Turkish baths using eucalypt oil.
