The residence is sited in the previous Cloister of Santa Croce (Sant'Anatolia di Narco, Perugia), fulcrum of the spiritual life of the valley from the XIII th century. T he Blessed Cristina, a franciscan nun, lived among these walls during the XIV th century. (L. Iacobilli, Vita dei SS. e BB.dell’Umbria, III Tomo pag. 293 V). The Cloister is dipped in the nature of Valnerina, one of the most uncontaminated valleys of Umbria, that merge the warm ospitality, the charm of the history, the peacefull atmosphere of the medieval village, the genuinity of the local food products and flavours. A moment of relax or a starting point for visiting the most interesting locations of this beautiful region. The guests will be welcome in a intimate dinner-room next to a nice fireplace or in the franciscan frescoed and amazing refectory. A "la carte menu" suggests a rich selection of traditional regional dishes using only genuine food and healthy ingredients DOC and DOP for dozens of recipes made up by the creativity of the chef. The guest will also have the possibility to pick the daily menu. An expertly selected wine list offers a wide choice of wines mainly Umbrians.
