Our petite hotel was completely refurbished and renovated in 2005, and now provides a warm and elegant atmosphere in the heart of Rome's historical centre. Comfortable, relaxing and perfectly located, this is an ideal place to stay in the Eternal City. Guests will find themselves in a prime location - a tranquil oasis that is deep in the heart of the city’s centre. Less than a 5-minute walk is the Palazzo Montecitorio, where the seat of the Italian government is held and just a stone’s throw away is Rome’s famous and most important shopping district. Our rooms are spacious and comfortable, and have been equipped to provide an optimum atmosphere. Relax and unwind after having a busy day of sightseeing or business meetings. The hotel has 14 rooms in total, all of which are warm, cosy and well equipped with the necessary mod cons; individual air conditioning, en suite bathroom (with hydro-massage shower), safety deposit box, mini bar, 46" plasma screen, DVD player and high quality furniture.

check- in check- out time
	Our staff will welcome our guests in every time of the day; this means that if the customer arrives before 11.00 a. m., he can leave yours luggage in our deposit. The rooms will have to be left at the moment of the departure before 11.00 a.m. to allow the staff its cleaning. But, is possible to leave the luggage at the reception, we will provide to control them.
cancellation policy
	We will remember you that the booking will be cancelled within 72 hours preceding the date of the arrival. In the case of late cancellation, we will debit on your credit card only the amount of one night of your stay as regard the room that you have booked. The customers that have already paid for the first night, will not receive the credit.

How to arrive

By car
From the motorway/freeway, exit onto Via Salaria (SS 4) in the direction of the city's centre. Continue along Via Salaria for around 10 km until you reach a crossroads with Via Pinciana: turn into this street and continue for about 1 km and you will drive by Villa Borghese (one of Rome's largest public parks). After driving past the park's entrance, you will reach the entrance of the car park (approximately 12 Euros per day). Once parked, an escalator will take you to Piazza di Spagna and the hotel, on Via delle Convertite, is just a short walk away.

By train
The hotel is easily reachable from Rome's main train station, Termini. On arriving at Termini you can either take a taxi, or take the public metro system. If you choose the latter, please take the A line (in the direction of Battistini) and get off at the third stop (Spagna). Our hotel is just a short 200-metre walk away from the metro station.
