It is amazing how we have been able to built a complex which has the traits of our family. We have built it with care, determination and sacrifice. From ancient tuscan farmhouse, excellently restored in 2004, now it is one of the most prestigious and welcoming tourist destinations in the province of Arezzo. “Luxury Resort I Tre Baroni ****" adds style to the spectacular Casentino Valley. Respectful of nature and traditions, it is set in the National Park of Casentino Forests, very close to the century-old Hermitage and Monastery of Camaldoli. Here you can enjoy a warm hospitality and a family atmosphere because we love our work and history. That love has been the drive to achieve our ambition - our family-run Resort. THE RESTAURANT
The restaurant is a cosy and stylish room where you can try unique tastes and experience intense emotions. The furniture emanating a sense of warmth, fine paintings and sweet music make our restaurant exclusive and prestigious. Here everything is suitably placed. The restaurant "I Tre Baroni", conceived as a convivial meeting place, provide the perfect setting to have a blessed time sipping some good wine in front of a fire burning in the ancient fireplace, or to celebrate with friends.
COUSINE
Chefs Matteo and Filippo Baroni re-create great traditional dishes with their creativity and professional skills. Only healthy, typical local ingredients are used, which make our cookery one of the best in the whole valley. The experienced chefs wisely use seasonal produce and create their recipes according to the passage of time and the different seasons. Restaurant I Tre Baroni is recommended by “Michelin”, “L’Espresso”, “Veronelli” and “Best Italian Restaurants” guides.
THE CELLAR
Along with our delicious meals, straight from our cellar we offer excellent, thoroughly enjoyable Tuscan wines, which match perfectly each dish enhancing its taste. Really fresh fish is the highlight of every Friday night. Each dish is accompanied by a different wine by the glass. We organize theme nights with tasting of typical produce from the local area and whole Tuscany. If you are interested, fill in the form.

“I Tre Baroni” fits perfectly in this fantastic environment, where so many places seem to be in a time warp. The hotel is the ideal centre from which you can easily explore places of outstanding beauty. Nature, culture and sporting activities will make your stay particularly pleasant.
Lovers of nature and silence will particularly enjoy going on excursions on foot, by bike or on horseback through the century-old Casentino forest, where huge firs, beeches and chestnut trees rise high above you along the path. For over a thousand years the Camaldolensian monks looked after the forest - the second largest in Europe. The Park Authority has continued preserving it for sixty years so that now it is a unique, internationally renowned place. Here you can go back in time, to a quiet atmosphere where only the voice of the wind and the fast-flowing water of crystal-clear streams can be heard.
In the shade of the wood, where a few sunbeams sometimes glint and lots of deer, roe deer, wild boars and partridges live, you can discover your true self. Here everything testifies of an old and respectful relationship between man and nature.

COOKING COURSES
From January to 20th July and from 15th September to 10th December, I tre Baroni organize RESIDENTIAL COOKING COURSES of different length for Italian and foreign people, according to our customers' needs. Classes are about home-made pasta, fillings, ragouts, sauces, hors d'oeuvres, meat and fresh fish. I Tre Baroni Cooking School is based on the fundamental principle that every well cooked dish has in itself a beauty which refers to a Greater One. In addition to cooking classes we organize some outings to find out the local produce and its characteristics as well as to learn about the culinary tradition and how to do shopping. Learning the art of cooking is a pleasure joined to the discovery of the places where such art originated, as well as the traditions and the emotions on which it is based. Tuscany is the ideal place to learn to cook. I Tre Baroni is the best way to do it. If you are interested only in a specific subject, you can make a reservation just for one class.
SPORT: The excellent location of our hotel allows you to practice different sports in fantastic and exciting surroundings: GOLF, HORSE RIDING, TREKKING, MTB, TENNIS.
