| In case of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show, one night-stay per room will be charged on your credit card.

Room rates include taxes and service charge.
Payment due upon departure.
Check-in time is from 14.00 PM & check-out until 11.00.AM
APAREMENT SELFCATERING
The rate for “Apartment Selfcatering” includes accommodation based on self-catering for 4 persons. Breakfast or daily cleaning is NOT included in the price.
Towels and bed linen are included at arrival; together with a midweek change and cleaning. An extra change or cleaning will be charged.
At arrival we require a refundable deposit from € 200,00, payable by cash or credit card, which is given back at departure. The obligatory final cleaning is from € 40,00 to € 80,00, to pay at arrival.
An additional bed is available upon request and at an extra cost.
It is possibile to have breakfast at an extra cost for € 12,00 per person, per day. It is required to reserve the breakfast the evening before.
Payment due upon departure.
Check-in time is from 16.00 PM & check-out until 10.00.AM
