The Residence La Sorgente of Capannoli (Pisa), is situated in the Parco Valdera, from where can be easily reached the most important cities of art in Tuscany like Florence, Pisa, Volterra, Siena and Lucca. Not far from La Sorgente there are also the Tyrrenian coast and the most known SPA and wellness centres. The apartments have been built following the typology of the old country houses in Tuscany and the structure is completely immerged in a typical landscape with cypresses, the characteristic macchia mediterranea wood and pinewood. The place is ideal to relax in summer. Inside the property an area equipped for sports and a nice restaurant will make your holiday a pleasant holiday. You’ll be received in 9 comfortable apartments, built following the typology of the old country houses, with 2/6 places, independent entrances, little garden, external terrace. They are completely furnished in arte povera style, with fireplace, kitchen, sat TV. Close the pinewood there are 4 nice independent chalets with 5 places, each with private garden, external terrace. In the middle of the estate a nice restaurant/pizzeria and a small café. It offers breakfast, meals and happenings with traditional Tuscan food. The restaurant has a large hall and on summer an external area facing on the swimming pool. La Sorgente has an exclusive swimming pool for adults and one for children. The swimming pool are open from May till half October. The two pools have an internal night illumination and can be used from early morning till late in the evening. The swimming pools are equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs. In the sport area you can find: equipped pinewood with playground for children, game of bowls, birdcage, small pond, tennis and 5-a-side football, swimming pool for adults and children. The whole estate is completely enclosed in order to assure privacy and safety and it is also supplied with fitness path. The structure is equipped with a tennis ground and 5-a-side football in synthetic grass and regular dimensions. The use of the sport ground is allowed both to our guests and external people (on booking). The sport ground is supplied with night lights and dressing room.
