Residence AVIOTEL of Campo nell'Elba (Livorno) is an 43 units building, with 187 places read to uniforms between apartments and rooms, all to ground floor. The apartments are 1-roomed for 3 persons, 2-roomed for 4-5-6- persons, 3-roomed for 7 persons. Rooms are single rooms or double rooms. It's possible to have hotel services in the apartments too, with formula hotel.
The complex, located directly beside the little airport of the island, is equipped of a large swimming pool, TV-room, workshop for repairing bycicles, bar - typical restaurant, parking, souvenirs, newspapers, rent bycicles-cars- motorcicles, playground and wide green spaces, tennis court, mini-club, specialistic guides for excursions by mountain-bike, by foot or by canoe.

| Price and services: |
| The prices include:
-an adequately furnished apartment for period requested, supplied with bedroom and bathroom linen (changed every week). If it’s brought and not furnished by AVIOTEL, it’ll be discounted;
- Gas, water, electricity;
- VAT
- use of swimming-pool, sunbeds and other facilities;
- parking (unguarded).
Exclusive of price:
-Obligatory Club Card: with arrival from 07.06. to 31.08. 18,00/Person (children aged until 4 years and stays of less than 5 nights excepted); it includes: Baby Club and Animation 07.06 to 06.09, Tennis, Ping Pong, Barbeque
- extra services (air conditioning, telephone, Sky pay per view etc…);
- cleaning of the apartment during stay.
Procedures for beginning and end of stay: Entry to the apartments must be from 06:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on day of arrival, after which, the booking will be considered cancelled. The apartment should be left at 09:00 a.m. at the end of stay, after which a daily fee will be charged.
Guests will have to communicate to the management the exact arrival-departure time in advance. However guests can arrange with Aviotel Srl any variations of arrivals and departures.
Caution on arrivals:Before entering apartment, a caution of € 150,00 is required to cover any damages to apartments and its contents, simultaneously will be determined the status of them.
At the end of the stay, Aviotel will check the apartment and its contents, and return the caution, providing no damages have occured.
Costs of any damages and costs for cleaning of the apartment will be charged and taken off caution money.

How to arrive |

Disembarked at Portoferraio follow the indication for all the directions or, in alternative airport. Follow these indications until exiting from the country. Once escapes to follow the indications for Marina di Campo, or airport, until catching up and exceeding Procchio. 3 Km after to have left Procchio, always in direction of Marina di Campo, on the left of the provincial street you can see the lighting up writing, much large once and of blu color of Aviotel. To that point you have arrived, feed the street for the airport and, after 20 mt., the large square of the reception is caught up.
